My five month old has decided that being awake for two hours between 2 a.m. and 4 a.m. is a good plan. Meanwhile, my two year old is ready to conquer Mount Everest at 6:45 a.m.
Coffee. Lots of delicious coffee.
I’ve liked coffee since first year university because just like parenting + coffee = success, university classes + coffee = success. And like every good Dutch woman, I like my coffee strong and black.
However I don’t think I have ever felt like I needed coffee until our second child arrived. Not being able to nap with your infant because your toddler wants you to pretend to be a plane with him is rough. Enter coffee.
We have been fortunate to join with a company that, in my opinion, makes stellar coffee. It’s not at all bitter, which means that while I was pregnant and suffering heart burn I could still enjoy a coffee without paying for it later.
